ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the orders passed by this Court in WP No.24275 of 2014, dated 01.09.2014.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side submits that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to initiate separate proceedings if there are any arrears. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
