This Court vide orders dated.8.2.2022 granted relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner /Accused No.2 on a condition that the petitioner shall show deposit of Rs.14,39,592/-. Till date the said amount has not been deposited and now the petitioner is before this court stating that he would positively deposit the amount of Rs.14,39,592/- by May, 15th,2022 and furnish sureties.

In the said circumstances, the petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.14,39,592/- by 15.05.2022 and furnish sureties as directed by this court vide orders dated.8.2.2022, failing which the relief of anticipatory bail shall stand cancelled.
