THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13274 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioners' grievance is that they wanted to get a document registered by the 3rd respondent, but respondent Nos.2 and 3 were insisting the petitioners to obtain No Objection Certificate from respondent Nos.4 to 6.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will receive the document and consider the same for the purpose of registration and if he is not inclined to register it, he will pass order under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908 (for short "the Act") and communicate the same to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to receive the document submitted by the petitioners for the purpose of registration and consider the same for registration. In case, the 3rd respondent is not inclined to register it, he will pass a reasoned order under Section 71 of the Act within eight (08) weeks from the date of submission of the

said document by the petitioners and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
