THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.26705 of 2010 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs this Court that the petitioner died.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to direct the 1st respondent to initiate action against the 2nd respondent for filling Complaint U/s.498-A IPC and U/s.3(1) and 10 of SCST atrocities act against the petitioner in Crime No.903 of 2006 and issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, and direct the 1st respondent to initiate the action on the complaint made by the petitioner on 28-01-2009 and pass ..."

In the light of the prayer and by virtue of the death of the petitioner, no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
