HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.42494 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct respondent No.2 not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioner.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
It is stated in the affidavit that the petitioner-company is a Solar Power Generating company engaged in the business of generating, accumulating, distributing and supplying solar energy. Respondent No.4 granted technical feasibility for the grid connectivity for enabling power evacuation to the petitioner. While so, respondents Nos.3 and 4 are trying to lay High tension electricity lines from Kalyandurg to Thaticherla substation and in that connection, the petitioner filed W.P.No.29050 of 2016 before this Court and the same is pending. While so, at the instance of respondents 3 and 4, the 2nd respondent has been calling the Managing Director of the petitioner-company and forcing him to give an undertaking of 'no objection' for laying the over head HP power lines. 4.
The learned Assistant Government pleader submitted that as per the request made by the District Collector, the police concerned went to the place in question to protect the official respondents Nos.3 and 4. 5.
Considering the above submission, respondents Nos.1 and 2 are directed not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioner-company, without following the procedure under the Code of Criminal Procedure. 6.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ________________ RAJA ELANGO, J Date: 5th January, 2017 Nn
