2019-06-21Sanjay Kumar1 pages

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.1243 OF 2018 ORDER:

There was no representation either for the writ petitioners or their learned counsel when the matter was taken up on 17.6.2019 and again on 19.6.2019. It was accordingly directed to be posed for dismissal on 21.6.2019.

Today, the matter appears under the caption 'For Dismissal', but yet again, there is no representation for the petitioners or their learned counsel.

Sri Pulla Rao Yellanki, learned counsel for the 5th respondent, states that the vacate stay petition filed by his client in relation to the interim order is pending consideration, but despite the same, neither the petitioners nor their counsel is showing any interest in the matter. For the aforestated reasons, this Court is constrained to presume that the petitioners and their learned counsel are not interested in pursuing this Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. Interim order dated 11.01.2018 shall stand vacated.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
