ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 2 and 5 in not revising the seniority list in the cadre of Line Man and to direct respondents 2 and 5 to promote the petitioners to the post of Line Inspector. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already attained the age of superannuation and at this length of time, the relief as sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
