HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.52 of 2015 ORDER :

This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondents have violated the order 29.10.2010 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18086 of 2008.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for respondents that during the pendency of contempt case, the respondents have handed over possession of the subject plot to the petitioners in compliance with the directions of this Court. To that effect, he has produced a copy of panchanama dated 14.2.2015 filed along with the counter affidavit before this Court.

3. In view of the same, though there is some delay on the part of the respondents in complying with the orders of this Court, I am not inclined to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents.

4. Accordingly, this contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
