HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.1432 OF 2019 O R D E R:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the revenue authorities are not undertaking survey and demarcation operations in relation to his land admeasuring Ac.15-50 cents in Sy.No.524/2 and Ac.10-28 cents in Sy.No.524/3 of Sirpur Village & Mandal, Kumaram Bheem District. Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner made a F-Line application in the prescribed format on 12.03.2018 in this regard, having paid the requisite fee of Rs.295/-. The receipt also demonstrates that necessary action thereon would be taken within 45 days. Despite the same, it appears that the revenue authorities are still somnolent upon the petitioner's application.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Sirpur Mandal, Kumaram Bheem District, and the Mandal Surveyor, Sirpur Village and Mandal, Kumaram Bheem District, respondent Nos.3 and 4, to take necessary action on the petitioner's application dated 12.03.2018 expeditiously and in any event, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
