These Writ Petitions are filed alleging that request to extend parole is not considered though period of parole granted to the petitioners was coming to end.

Learned Government Pleader produced the proceedings of the Government vide Memo No.1010/Ser-III/A2/2019, dated 11.02.2019, wherein the request of petitioners for extension of parole is rejected. That being so, the cause in the writ petitions does not survive. Leaving it open to petitioners to work out their remedy as available in law, if so advised, aggrieved by the rejection of request for extension of parole, Writ Petitions are dismissed. Petitioners are directed to surrender themselves before the District Jail, Sangareddy on or before 19.02.2019. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
