HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 8695 of 2017 ORDER:

The Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner alleging that respondent No.7 is making illegal construction without permission and had even encroached the public passage resulting in closure of road.

Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 6, on instructions, would submit that, even the petitioner had made construction without there being any permission.

In the light of the submissions made on behalf of both the parties, interest of justice would be served if a direction is given to the respondent - authorities to take action against both the petitioner and respondent No.7 in accordance with law. It is made clear that constructions made either by the petitioner or respondent No.7 is not in accordance with the sanctioned plan, and contravening zonal regulations, respondent - authorities shall take action in accordance with law.

Subject to the above directions, Writ Petition stands disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
