HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.319 of 2019 ORDER :

The petitioners are A.1 and A.2 in Cr.No.347 of 2018 of Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable u/sec.409, 420, 465, 468 and 471 IPC on the report of the 1st respondent-defacto-complainant. The petitioners and the defacto-complainant along with their counsel present before the court and stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offences.

In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences.

In the result, the I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 is allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 in Cr.No.347 of 2018 of Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad. The petitioners/A.1 and A.2 are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled.
