HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No.1451 of 2019 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice V.Ramasubramanian) The petitioner, who is the lessee of a secured asset, has come up with the above Writ Petition challenging the proposed auction and the proposed dispossession.

After notice, it is brought to our notice by Mr.M.Srikanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent - Bank that the auction held on 31.01.2019 was cancelled by the proceedings dated 04.02.2019 issued by the Authorized Officer. Therefore, nothing survives in the above Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
