COMMON ORDER:
These matters are taken up on letter filed by learned counsel for petitioners dated 25.10.2017 stating that issue raised in these writ petitions is covered by the orders of this Court in W P No.30576 of 2016 dated 30.9.2016.

Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Special Government Pleader (TG) representing respondents. 3.
The learned Special Government Pleader while admitting that the issue raised in these writ petitions is covered by earlier orders passed by this Court in W P No. 30576 of 2016 submitted that since the State is also claiming the subject land, before considering the application of the petitioners for mutation, Tahsildar/2nd respondent may be directed to intimate the State represented by its Chief Secretary to put forth its claim.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and the submission of the learned counsel, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petitions are disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the Tahsildar-2nd respondent do dispose of the applications filed by petitioner in W P No. 6767 of 2015 on 30.12.2014 and petitioners in W P No. 6752 of 2016 on 24.11.2011 and 15.5.2012 for mutation of their names in the revenue records, after intimating the State represented by its Chief Secretary to put forth its claim and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
