HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Revision Case No.255 of 2017 JUDGMENT:

In view of the specific statutory power under Section 397(3) of CrPC, and also laid down by the three Judge Bench of the Apex Court in Krishnan Vs. Krishnaveni1, the revision is dismissed as not maintainable, however, giving liberty if at all to file any application under Section 482 CrPC, within one week from the date of receipt of the order to entertain.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision, shall stand closed.
