Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that even though an application was made for conducting of survey on 15.08.2018 in respect of land in Survey No.1007/P of Kukatpally, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, so far survey is not conducted. 3.

When the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader for Revenue produced a photocopy of endorsement dated 14.11.2018 uploaded in the web site rejecting the request of the petitioner for conducting of survey briefly assigning the reason that stay order/status quo order/injunction order was granted by the Court.

Since the request of the petitioner for conducting of survey was already rejected, the relief sought in the Writ Petition cannot be granted.

Leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies against the decision of the respondent authorities, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed. _____________________ P. NAVEEN RAO, J Date:30.07.2019 KH
