From a perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that on the intervention of elders, the petitioner/complainant and accused Nos.1 to 3 entered into compromise, due to which, this Court quashed the proceedings against the petitioners in Crl.P.M.P.No.2200 of 2016 and Crl.P.No.2284 of 2015 in C.C.No.1031 of 2011 on the file of the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, on 23.02.2016.
