HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 593 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. Having regard to the gravity of the allegations, the Investigation shall continue.

However, the Police of Machilipatnam Police Station, Krishna District are directed not to arrest the petitioners/A-2 and A-3 during the course of Investigation. The petitioners are directed to cooperate with the Investigating Agency for smooth completion of Investigation. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
