O R D E R

Since fresh memo with signatures of all the parties filed today before the court, there is no survival of the office objection of incomplete signatures on the joint memo filed earlier. The petitioners in the criminal petition are the accused (A-1 to A-6) in C.C.No.36 of 2014 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad at Nampally, which is the out come of Cr.No.73 of 2012 on the file of Women Police Station, CCS, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 406 IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, on the report of the 2nd respondent - de facto complainant.

The petitioners / A-1 to A-6, and the de facto complainant / 2nd respondent, along with their counsel, are present before the court and stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A. (SR) Nos.3 and 4 of 2019 in Crl.P. No.826 of 2019.

In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A. (SR)Nos.3 and 4 of 2019 in Crl.P. (SR).No. 490 of 2019 are allowed. Consequently, the Crl.P. No.826 of 2019 is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioners/ accused Nos. 1 to 6 in C.C.No.36 of 2014 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally. The petitioners / accused 1 to 6, are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled.
