HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.3018 AND 9670 OF 2011 COMMON ORDER:

Crl.P.No.3018 of 2011 is filed by A1, A2 and A5 and Crl.P.No.9670 of 2011 is filed by A3 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.57 of 2011 on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Nellore.

Having regard to the facts of these cases, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings. The petitioners are directed to face the trial and vindicate their defense. However, considering their submission, the appearance of the petitioners/A1, A2, A3 and A5 before the trial court is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial court requires their attendance.
