In view of the detailed order passed by me in Crl.P.No.15410 of 2016 on 28.10.2016, the present criminal petitions are also dismissed for the same reasons mentioned in Crl.P.No.15410 of 2016, as the issue involved in both the cases is one and the same. Accordingly, the three criminal petitions stand dismissed consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
