This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A1 to A3 in Crime No.446 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Nizamabad I Town Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 506, 201 and 306 read with 511 IPC.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
