This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1, 2 and 5, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.344 of 2015 on the file of Khanapur Police Station, Khammam District.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the case was referred as 'lack of evidence' on 20.09.2017.
