THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1851 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dt.01-04-2016 in W.P.M.P.No.11669 of 2016 in W.P.No.9210 of 2016.

In the said order, this Court had directed the District Collector, Khammam to conduct enquiry as sought by the petitioner and submit a report to this Court within eight (08) weeks from that date. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent has placed before me the report dt.31-05-2016 of the respondent and stated that the said report has been filed along with the counter-affidavit in W.P.No.9210 of 2016.

Since the order has thus been complied with by respondent, I do not, therefore, see any reason why the respondent be punished. 5.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. 6.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
