RADHAKRISHNAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2747 of 2019 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B.Radhakrishnan) The petitioner filed this Writ Petition challenging the inaction of the official respondents in taking action against the third respondent for non-compliance of the conditions as prescribed under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Amendment Act.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the Telangana State Pollution Control Board.

In the light of the directions being issued hereunder, notice to the unofficial respondent is dispensed with without prejudice to its eligibility of rehearing this matter, if it becomes necessary.

Learned counsel appearing for the Telangana State Pollution Control Board submits that further inspections are being carried out and requisite steps have been taken to ensure that the establishment in question runs only in conformity with the prescriptions of law.

We record the aforesaid submission and close this Writ Petition.
