HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2290 of 2015 ORDER:

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the revision, and also Interlocutory Application (I.A.), because he notices a formal defect in the I.A. filed before the lower Court. He seeks permission to withdraw the revision because the custom, on the basis of which the petitioner is seeking exemption from appearance under Section 132 CPC, is not spelt out.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to withdraw the I.A. and the Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an application in the lower Court and, as and when such an application is filed, the lower Court is directed to dispose of the same on merits within a short span of time.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
