O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the official respondents, in collusion with private respondent No.7, are interfering with his possession over the subject land without following the due process of law. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents 1 to 5, on instructions, submits that the official respondents are not interfering with the alleged possession of the petitioner over the subject land, and there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent No.7 in respect of the said land.

Sri D.Radha Krishna, learned counsel appearing for private respondent No.7 takes notice on behalf of the said respondent, and seeks time for instructions.

Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for 6th respondent.

As per the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, revenue authorities are not interfering with the alleged possession of the petitioner over the subject land, and if there is any civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent No.7, in respect of subject land, petitioner has alternative and efficacious remedy of approaching the civil court.

Recording the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy available under law for redressal of his grievance against private respondent No.7 in respect of subject land. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
