ORDER:

This company petition is filed for an order to wind up the respondent company for non-payment of the debts allegedly due to the petitioner. After several hearings, the case has been adjourned to today to enable the parties to settle the dispute. After the case was last adjourned, Mr.M.Satyanarayana Reddy, legal officer of the respondent, filed an affidavit sworn to on 12.10.2015, wherein it is, inter alia, stated that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent has been amicably settled by entering into a settlement agreement, dated 09.10.2015. Along with this affidavit, a copy of the settlement agreement, dated 09.10.2015, along with the joint memo, dated 12.10.2015, is filed and these documents are ordered to be taken on file in Company Application No.1598 of 2015 today.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for both the parties agreed that the dispute is settled and that the company petition may be closed. In the light of the above facts, the Company Petition is disposed of as settled out of Court.
