CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.31050 of 2010 Dt: 10.08.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of the writ under Article 226 of the Constitution of India calling for the records relating to and connected with the order dt. 18.6.2010 rendered in C.C. No. 59 of 2010 on the file of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Vizianagaram and quash the same, as the same is without jurisdiction."

By a separate order passed today, we have dismissed WP.No.30936 of 2010 filed seeking prohibition against the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission from proceeding with the Appeal filed by respondent No.1 partly dissatisfied with the quantum of damages awarded by respondent No.2- District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Vizianagaram. In this Writ Petition, the petitioners have assailed the order of respondent No.2 itself. For the same reasons for which WP.No.30936 of 2010 is dismissed, this Writ Petition is also dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioners to pursue the remedy of Appeal, which was, admittedly, availed by them.

CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.31050 of 2010 Dt: 10.08.2018 As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 13-12-2010, is vacated, WVMP.No.3047 of 2011 is disposed of and WPMP.No.39506 of 2010 is dismissed.
