Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energy for the 1st respondent, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned counsel for the 4th respondent. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the respondents are not releasing the power supply to her premises on the ground of not producing occupancy certificate. 3.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that this Court by order dated13.2.2017 in W.P.M.P.No.3057 of 2017 in W.P.No.2608 of 2017 directed the respondents therein to release the power supply to the building of the petitioner therein subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions of supply of the respondents and the same can be withdrawn if an occupancy certificate was not obtained later from the Municipal authorities. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the power supply to the premises of the petitioner subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions of supply and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupancy certificate from the concerned Municipality/ Municipal Corporation within a period of three months, and if no such occupancy certificate is produced within such

period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
