THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.2257 of 2015 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, alleging willful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed on 31-08-2015 in W.P.No.27421 of 2015. This Court disposed of the above writ petition by way of an order, dated 31-08-2015 and the operative portion of the said order reads as under:

"For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner herein to submit representation to the District Education Officer, Mahabubnagar District - 2nd respondent for redressal of her grievance by duly enclosing all necessary documents within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is made within the time stipulated, the same be considered and appropriate action be taken by the District Education Officer, Mahabubnagar District - 2nd respondent herein within a period of one month thereafter."

When the matter is called today, a letter bearing Rc.No.A3/11185/2015, dated 31-12-2015 addressed by the District Educational Officer, Mahabubnagar to the Government Pleader, School Education, Telangana has been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.

According to the contents of the said letter the office of the District Educational Officer, after obtaining the report from the Head Master, Z.P.H.S., Manopad vide proceedings Rc.No.A3/11185/2015, dated 31-12-2015 passed an order in compliance of the orders of this Court. In view of the same,

nothing further survives for adjudication in the matter. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed and the respondent stands discharged.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
