THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR and THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.435 and 441 of 2016 COMMON ORDER: (per SK, J) Sri Vedula Venkata Ramana, learned Senior Counsel representing Sri Vikram Pooserla, learned counsel for the petitioner in these two Civil Revision Petitions, seeks leave to withdraw the matters reserving liberty to the petitioner/plaintiff to workout its remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

The Civil Revision Petitions are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Interim orders passed in both the Civil Revision Petitions shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
