THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 22398 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Manubolu Mandal, SPSR Nellore District in furnishing a copy of the order said to have been passed on 15.02.2011 cancelling the pattas issued in favour of the petitioners on 20.06.1998 in spite of repeated visits made by the petitioners.

A reading of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition does not disclose submission of any representation for furnishing the copy of the order, dated 15.02.2011, and in the absence of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to apply for a copy of the order, dated 15.02.2011, in order to enable them to take appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with law. As and when the petitioners apply for a copy of the said order, which is stated to have been adverse to them, respondent No.4 shall furnish the same within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of such representation.
