Learned counsel appearing for appellant filed a letter, dated 21.07.2016 in the registry, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal.

2. Advocate for respondents represented that the legal representatives of deceased respondent Nos.1 and 2 were already on record as respondent Nos.3 and 4.

3. In view of the letter dated 21.07.2016, permission as sought for is accorded.

4. Accordingly, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
