This Writ Petition is filed in the year 2001. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 08-02-2016, 03-06-2016 and 1006-2016. When the matter is listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal', none appeared on behalf of the petitioner even after granting three adjournments. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
