THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.4125 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to permit the petitioner/accused to file a petition under Section 320 (6) Cr.P.C. in Crl.A.No.93 of 2014 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kurnool at Nandyal. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.
