There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As a matter of fact, there was no representation on 11.09.2019, 27.09.2019, 28.10.2019 and on 04.11.2019. In spite of the matter listed under the caption 'for dismissal', even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter diligently. 2.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
