HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO COMPANY APPLICATOIN Nos.1933 of 2015 and 486 of 2016 IN COMPANY PETITION No.57 of 1999 COMMON ORDER:

The above company applications are filed with a prayer to execute sale deeds in favour of the respective applicants in the matter of M/ s.Sirsilk Limited.

It is informed by Sri M. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for Official Liquidator, that the applicants have submitted the sketches for perusal by the office of the official liquidator and that the official liquidator has also perused the same and that the Official Liquidator has no objection for execution of the sale deeds as per the sketches provided by both the applicants and both the applicants have agreed for execution of the sale deeds.
