THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1287 of 2018 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India challenging orders dated 07.11.2017 in T.O.P.No.260 of 2017 on the file of the Court of Principal District Judge, Kadapa.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to file an application before the lower Court for appointment of an advocate commissioner for recording the evidence of plaintiffs. Permission as sought for is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to file an application before the lower Court for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner for recording the evidence of plaintiffs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
