Sri Sivalenka Ramachandra Prasad, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present C.C.C.A. as the parties herein, who are also parties in C.C.C.A. No.191 of 2009, made adjustment by way of compromise effected and recorded therein disposing of C.C.C.A. No.191 of 2009.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present City Civil Court Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Appeal shall stand closed.
