HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5002 of 2016 ORDER:

The Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the docket proceedings dated 14.9.2016 in O.P.No.569 of 2016 passed by the IX Additional Chief Judge-cum-Election Tribunal, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad.

A perusal of the record shows that counter of respondents 1 to 3 already filed and respondent No.4 now stated filed. The matter is coming since 31.10.2016 for deciding the application filed for rejection of plaint. The docket proceedings in I.A.No.1488 of 2016 show that the enquiry in the said application is taken up and arguments of petitioner heard and for respondents' arguments, it is posted from 16.11.2016 to 24.11.2016 and as the officer on leave from 02.12.2016 it is posted to 16.12.2016 and again to 20.12.2016. Having regard to the above, the lower Court is directed to dispose of the application before the end of December, 2016. If at all it has no jurisdiction, send back the same to the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, for expeditious disposal of the main matter. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
