This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent and his subordinates in threatening to dispossess the petitioner from his lawful possession of open land bearing Plot No.1/A in Survey Nos.328/2A, 387/1, 328/1A, 328/3A situated at Kallur village, Kurnool district, without following due process of law.

Learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that they are not taking any possession forcibly from the petitioner as averred in the Writ Petition. If they want to take possession of the property, they would follow due process of law.

Recording the said statement of the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, this Writ Petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
