The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.62 of 2011 was disposed of by the learned XIV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit. 2 .

Recording the said submission, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
