HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7794 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners/A-1 & A-3 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in Crime No.104 of 2016, on the file of Godavarikhani I Town Police Station, Karimnagar District, for the offence punishable under Section 20(b) of NDPS Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. A perusal of the record discloses that the ganja seized from the possession of the petitioners/A-1 & A-3 is 50 kgs. and 30 kgs., which is commercial quantity. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
