...Respondent

Counsel for the petitioner: Mr.K.Rajendran Counsel for the respondent: GP for Endowments (TS) The Court made the following:

O r d e r :

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare that the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable & Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 (for short 'the Act') are not applicable to the petitioner herein and that the action of the respondent, in including the name of the petitioner in the list prepared under Section 6 of the Act and entering its name in the register maintained under Chapter IV of the Act, is illegal, arbitrary, perverse, unjust and without any authority of law.

A perusal of the record shows that Annexure- I is thoroughly incomplete. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition with proper Annexure- I.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.50010 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
