HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. Nos. 11385, 11386, 11387, 11388, 11389, 11390, 11392, 11393, 11965, 11966, 11967, 11968, 11969, 11970 and 11971 of 2002 COMMON ORDER:- Sri B. Parameswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner - Management of M/ s.Asrani Tubes Limited, submits that he has no instructions in these matters and some of the writ petitions against the 2nd respondent - workman were already dismissed for default, and in view of the same, appropriate orders may be passed in these matters. Considering the above submission, this Court is of the view that the cause in these writ petitions no longer survives and the matters have become infructuous.
Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
