THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1308 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the second respondent in not mutating the name of the petitioner in revenue records in respect of lands admeasuring Ac.0.18 guntas in Survey No.26/AA, Ac.0.17 guntas in Survey No.26/E, Ac.0-35 guntas in Survey No.26/RU and Ac.0-35 guntas in Survey No.26/YE, total admeasuring A.2-25 guntas in Survey No.26, situated at Mohammed Nagar Village, Kandukuru Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

After two adjournments, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader produced before this Court the endorsement made by the second respondent, dated 09.05.2017 rejecting the request of the petitioner for amending the records. 3.

In view of the endorsement, dated 09.05.2017, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps against the said endorsement and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
