THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1460 OF 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission for withdrawal of the criminal petition with a liberty to approach Sessions Court with an appropriate application.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

The Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Sessions Court with appropriate application, in which event, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
