Heard Mr. K. Venkat Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Tarun G. Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.5 i.e., The Principal, Sultan-Ul-Ullom College of Law, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

The petitioner approached this Court seeking the relief as under:

"to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 5rh respondent not returning all original educational certificates belong to the petitioner and demanding already sanctioned scholarship amount of Res 70,000/- for two year LLM course vide TBR No.20230000007242 dated 22.02.2023, Token No.2416366240 is illegal, arbitrary, violative of under Article 21 and 300 A oF Constitution of India consequently direct the respondents return all the original education certificates to the petitioner forthwith and pass such other order or orders. "

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.5 submits that in the event the petitioner approached the Court seeking relief as prayed for in the present writ petition i.e., for return of all the Original Educational Certificates belonging to the petitioner which is in the custody of respondent No.5- Sultan-Ul-Uloom College of Law, the same would be handed over to the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the said submission made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.S, the petitioner is directed to approach respondent No.5 wlthin a period of one (01) week from the date of receipt of a copy of l this order and upon the petitioner approaching the respondent No.5 for educational certificates, the respondent No.5 shall release all the Educational Certificates of the petitioner which are in its custody forthwith.

Accordingly, this Writ petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
