THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO.18168 OF 2005 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed, challenging the order of the 3rd respondent in C.C.L.As.Ref.No.P3/576/99, dated 7-6-2004 and prayed to set aside the same.

The said order is only a communication of the order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 4-6-2004. The third respondent has disposed of the revision petition filed under Section 7(d) of the Estate Abolition Act, 1948 against the orders passed by the Director of Settlements in R.P.No.6/84 (H1), dated 27-2-1999, wherein, the Director of Settlements allowed the suo motu revision initiated against the orders passed by the Settlement Officer, Nellore in S.R.No.2/11(a)/81 CGR, dated 16-01-1981. 3.

It is contended by the petitioner in his affidavit that the petitioner was not given reasonable opportunity of personal hearing and he was not aware of the case and the counsel on behalf of the petitioner before the third respondent has not raised the claims of the petitioner for an extent of Ac.2.00 in Sy.No.119/4. 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a representation before the 3rd respondent within a period of one month from today and thereafter, the 3rd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on merits as required under law in so far as the petitioner is

concerned. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. _______________________ T.AMARNATH GOUD, J Date: 22-12-2017.
